  • Paul Doodes DDS PhD

    Dentist

    Doodes@ParkBlvdDentistry.com

“I became interested in dentistry because I wanted to help improve people’s lives. For me, dentistry is an interesting blend of education, research, medicine, art and personal relationships. I want to find out what my patients need, and just as importantly, what they want. I help find a solution to meet their individual concerns, then work carefully to deliver a result that makes them smile every time they look in the mirror. This is an exciting challenge that I take very seriously”.

Dr. Doodes graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemistry in the UK before moving to the US to study Immunology and Microbiology at Rush University Medical Center. He has several publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has presented his work at many national conferences. Despite a promising start to an academic career, Dr. Doodes craved the human interaction and satisfaction of clinical dentistry. After graduating with his PhD in Immunology and Microbiology, he began dental school at University of Illinois College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

“I believe that each patient is an individual with unique expectations, experiences, wants and needs. By listening to the patient I can address their concerns and deliver a healthy result that makes patients smile.”

Dr. Doodes is a member of many professional organizations including the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, the American Dental Association. and the American Association of Dental Research.

In his free time, Dr. Doodes spends time with his wife, Phyllis, and their two young children, William (7) and Lily (10).

  • John C. Workman DDS

    Retired

Dr. John C. Workman, after almost 40 years of being a practicing dentist, decided to retired at the end of 2020. This was a bittersweet decision for Dr. Workman, because while he was definitely looking forward to spending more time with his family and enjoying retirement life, he will definitely miss the satisfaction of working his patients and staff.

Dr. Workman and his wife Kandy have relocated out west, which will allow them to spend more time with their five children and 14 grandchildren, and to enjoy his favorite activities which include fishing, hiking, riding bicycles, traveling, and reading. He and Kandy also enjoys experiencing foods from different cultures. While Dr. Workman will be missed, we wish him the very best in the next chapter of his life.
